1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Mardef Consulting FZCO, doing business as SalesFlow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Services SalesFlow provides sales consulting, CRM implementation, and business strategy services. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree that the specific scope of work will be defined in the respective proposal or service agreement.

3. Payment and Refunds

Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We accept payments through standard credit/debit cards via our third-party processor, Stripe.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital consulting and services, all sales are final once the service has commenced or digital products have been accessed. Refunds for services not yet rendered may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the services provided are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our consulting services. Our advice is provided for educational and strategic purposes; execution and results are the responsibility of the client.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You and the Company irrevocably consent that the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
